Looking for cleanup help and a chance to meet our new neighbours

The coffee will be on and the brooms ready as we do a simple clean up of the lower Annex space this Saturday (27th) starting at 10am.

St. Olga's church - an offshoot from St. Herman of Alaska Church in West Edmonton has asked to rent the Annex Saturday evenings and Sundays.  They will also make use of some storage and office space in the Annex.  They are beginning a new congregation and needed a place to start meeting.  All their worship supplies will be set-up / take down.  They eat together after worship.

The lower annex space and kitchen are in need of a clean up as they arrive.  They will have a team of people and it seemed like a good chance to work together and get to know one another as we make space for them.  They are also bringing the space a fridge!

What is there to do?

-sit and chat with our new friends (please embrace non-active participation!)
-sort a few of the left-over rummage items as we plan where they will go and load them into cars
-help tidy, sort, and clean the Annex kitchen
-table and chair moving

**Please enter the Annex down the outside stairs under the church office since Music Together will be using the main entrance in the morning.
